Zuora Billing Developer - API Integration

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Zuora billing solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure Zuora Billing modules including Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, and Taxes.
• Develop and manage Zuora API integrations with third-party systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and payment gateways.
• Execute data migration activities within Zuora using SQL and other relevant tools.
• Analyze subscription lifecycle management and ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable billing solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements within the Zuora Skills and Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Zuora platform.
• Strong understanding of Zuora objects, workflows, APIs, and configuration options.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing modules (Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, Taxes).
• Proven expertise in integrating Zuora with external systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or payment gateways.
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries and migration within Zuora.
• Knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and revenue recognition standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
