Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Rotational Week Off)

Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat.
- Assist with product inquiries, order updates, and general support.
- Record interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.
- Maintain service quality and performance metrics.
Requirements :
Fluency in English + any 2 regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada).Hindi is a plus (not mandatory).Good communication & problem-solving skills.Freshers with strong language skills can apply .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Gain :
