About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media & Content Creator who can turn ideas into compelling content that connects with B2B audiences. If you enjoy crafting stories, experimenting with visuals, and working independently in a remote setup, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities-

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop engaging and strategic content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Translate brand narratives into impactful posts that resonate with B2B audiences.

Conduct research to create insightful, credible, and on-brand content.

Write clear, compelling copy aligned with the company’s tone and business goals.

Design & Execution

Create visually appealing designs using tools like Canva (experience with emerging tools like Sora is a plus).

Manage the entire content creation process — from concept to publishing — with minimal supervision.

Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness in all deliverables.

AI & Productivity

Use or be open to learning AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) to enhance content creation workflows.

Continuously look for ways to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and improve output efficiency.

Marketing & Analytics

Understand how different platforms operate — including algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience behavior.

Think beyond aesthetics; craft content that supports marketing and business goals.

Analyze performance metrics to identify what works and iterate accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a B2B setting.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand storytelling.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Proficiency in writing, design, and content strategy, with a passion for experimentation and continuous learning.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
