Who You Are :

Motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach

Leadership qualities (for managerial roles)

Prior experience in fitness or wellness is an advantage

Qualifications Required (for Fitness Instructor) :

Certification from a recognized fitness institution such as ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent

Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition basics

Proficiency in strength training, functional training, and cardio programming

Ability to design personalized workout plans and guide members safely

CPR / AED certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of practical experience in a gym or fitness center
