US Mortgage Loan Specialist

We are hiring for TOP MNC for US Residential Mortgage- Loan Origination.

Note- Must have strong exposure in US Mortgage

Shortlisted candidates need to be available for F2F interview.

Job Location - Pune.

Experience of experience and salary :

4 Years- 7 Years, Sr Analyst(6LPA ) must have experience in US Mortgage - Loan Origination .

6 Years- 12 Years, Team Lead (10LPA Including Variables) must have 1+ years of experience as Team Lead or Assistant manager on paper.

8 Years - 14 Years, Assistant Manager (20LPA including Variables) must have 2+ years of experience as Assistant manager, Deputy Manager or Manager on paper.

10- 20 Years, Senior Manager (30LPA including Variables) must have 3+ years of experience as Manager or Senior Manager on paper.

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 Days max.

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate

Shift- US Shift

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Skills Required

1- 4 years - 20 years of experience in end-to-end US Residential Mortgage-Loan Origination.

2- Excellent communication skills.

3- Must have strong people management skills on paper.

4- CSAT, AHT, Attrition Management, Shrinkage Management, Stakeholder & Client Management.
