About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic Director of Operations to lead and scale operations for Suitefy and SuiteEarth, two innovative, fast-growing companies in the sustainability and smart living sectors. Based in Hyderabad, this role is ideal for a systems thinker and operational leader who thrives in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.

You will be responsible for developing scalable infrastructure, streamlining processes, and building resilient teams that enable exponential growth. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO / founders and involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance, and Technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operations across Suitefy and SuiteEarth — including sales support operations, marketing activities, business processes, internal systems, customer experience, vendor management, and facilities.
  • Collaborate with finance to lead operational budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Manage timely completion of compliance and regulatory filings. Drive compliance with legal, tax, labor, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Architect operational strategies that support rapid business growth and geographic expansion.
  • Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and automation to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce operational risk.
  • Lead cross-functional execution by aligning resources, teams, and timelines with strategic priorities.
  • Hire, coach, and retain top talent in operations, administration, and support functions.
  • Build and enforce OKRs / KPIs for operational departments; monitor and drive performance against targets.
  • Select and deploy tools / technologies leveraging AI that improve transparency, scalability, and decision-making.
  • Establish SLAs, vendor scorecards, and service metrics to uphold operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

Professional Background

  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressively senior experience in growing software services operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience scaling operations in Software Consulting Services and SaaS Software product companies.
  • Track record of building repeatable, metrics-driven systems that have supported 2x–5x company growth.
  • Experience managing large budgets and making data-informed operational decisions.
  • Prior exposure to multi-entity or multinational environments is strongly preferred.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent executive education is a significant advantage.
