We are a London based real estate agents working on behalf of Landlords and Vendors to sell and rent their properties in and around London.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, provide expert advice, and manage property-related transactions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, showcasing properties, and negotiating terms to achieve successful outcomes. You will also ensure exceptional customer service and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Sales to effectively identify and meet clients' property requirements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build trust, address client queries, and sustain long-term relationships
• Familiarity with or experience in the Real Estate industry, including market analysis and industry practices
• Proficiency in negotiation, organization, and time management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is advantageous
