Job descriptionSupport day-to-day HR operations for tutors and staff. Assist with onboarding, and documentation. Assist in Tracking tutor performance metrics (attendance, quality, ratings). Support engagement and retention initiatives. Assist in planning engagement programs and communication campaigns. Prepare HR and hiring dashboards. Conduct research and data analysis. Pursuing Bachelor's / Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset; Organized, proactive, and adaptable. Interest in EdTech / tutoring is a plus. Hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing EdTech startup. Exposure to tutor workforce management. Involvement in HR strategy, hiring, and analytics. Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.

Role Overview
The HRBP Intern will support HR Business Partners in delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives. This includes hiring, tutor workforce management, performance coordination, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in end-to-end hiring for tutors and internal roles.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
- Support tutor recruitment drives and evaluations.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and reports.
