Business Analyst – Digital Solutions (Atlassian)

Location : Remote (Preferred : Delhi NCR / Hyderabad)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business teams and engineering for Atlassian-based digital solutions. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and drive product improvements aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to the product roadmap, identify process optimizations, and manage change adoption.
• Plan and execute UAT to validate features and ensure user satisfaction.
• Communicate updates and conduct training to foster smooth implementation.
• Analyze usage data to measure feature impact and guide future enhancements.

Qualifications

Tools : Jira (JSM / Software), Confluence, Loom, ScriptRunner, JMWE, JXL, Structure, GitLab, REST APIs.
