Key responsibilities

• Sales and client acquisition :  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a client base, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client consultation and needs assessment :  Meet with clients to understand their financial situations and long-term goals to recommend the most appropriate insurance coverage.
• Policy management :  Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and making necessary changes.
• Claims assistance :  Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring that claims are handled quickly and fairly.
• Relationship management :  Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with clients through ongoing communication and excellent after-sales service.
• Market and product knowledge :  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products to provide the best advice.
• Administrative tasks :  Prepare sales reports, manage client data using software, and ensure compliance with regulations.
