Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager to lead and manage recruitment programs, drive operational excellence across hiring processes, and ensure seamless execution of TA initiatives. The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to optimize recruitment workflows in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Process Management
- Own and drive key TA programs such as workforce planning, hiring operations, diversity initiatives, and talent pipeline development.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to forecast hiring needs and align TA programs with strategic business priorities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure governance across TA processes, compliance, and adherence to SLAs and metrics.
- Collaborate with global TA teams to align processes, systems, and tools across geographies.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leadership on hiring priorities, challenges, and market trends.Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.Communicate program goals, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders through regular reviews and dashboards.Manage expectations and drive accountability across teams for deliverables and outcomes.Data & Analytics
Own hiring dashboards and metrics reporting — monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, and diversity ratios.Use data insights to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.Present actionable insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.Technology & Tools
Partner with TA operations and IT to optimize ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.) and other recruitment systems.Lead initiatives to automate and digitize parts of the hiring process.Evaluate and implement new TA tools, platforms, or vendors as needed.Project Leadership
Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional TA projects and initiatives.Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.Lead communication, risk management, and stakeholder updates for all assigned programs.Team Enablement & Collaboration
Partner with TA leadership to drive recruiter enablement, training, and best practice sharing.Support change management efforts as part of new program rollouts.Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the TA function.Qualifications & Experience
Experience :
8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in TA program management, recruiting operations, or talent project management.Proven experience managing large-scale hiring programs or projects across multiple functions or geographies.Strong understanding of ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors) and recruitment metrics.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, program governance, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into operational improvements.PMP or Agile certification is a plus.Key Competencies
