Digital Marketing Strategist

Beat Edu Center of Excellence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Strategist with strong expertise in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and generating quality leads with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance-focused digital marketing strategies

Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms Monitor and improve campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions) Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages

Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI

Implement and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager) Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates

Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

2–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing

Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Mandatory) Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets
