IT Manager

What you will be doing :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead the daily operations of our IT department. The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure, ensure IT system security, Implement IT applications, lead technical teams, and implement innovative technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Duties / Responsibilities

Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to users.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including networks, servers, and end-user devices.

Planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deadlines.

Managing IT budgets, including hardware and software purchases.

Maintaining security policies, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to protect data and systems.

Ensuring IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and security standards.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT and data protection.

ERP (WFX) & MES tools Implementation.

Provide training to end-users and departments.

Collaborating with department heads, participating in discussions to understand the specific requirements of different departments.

Customer Service

Change Management

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (PG preferred)

10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and technical leadership

Preferred Certifications : ITIL
