Role Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Source and close candidates for full-time, contract, Upwork, and Fiverr roles.
  • Evaluate candidates through structured first-level interviews.
  • Track every stage — from sourcing to joining — with accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards and weekly hiring trackers.
