About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to architect and build scalable distributed systems and complex data pipelines . You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, shape our backend architecture, and drive high-impact technical initiatives. This is your chance to shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and influence system architecture at scale. We value innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.

What you will do :

• Lead the design & implementation of distributed systems , microservices , and event-driven architectures using Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes .
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines and optimize system performance.
• Drive infrastructure automation with Kubernetes , GitOps (ArgoCD / Flux) , and cloud-native practices.
• Oversee monitoring & observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing.
• Mentor and manage a team of 5–8 engineers — fostering growth, leading sprints, and improving delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define roadmaps and lead major architectural decisions.
