Experience : 10–20 years | Not looking for people with more than 25yrs experence

About the Role :

We’re looking for dynamic Sales Leaders to drive new customer acquisition for our AI-driven IT, CX, and Digital Transformation solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep industry understanding, and a proven record of closing large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for new client acquisition.
  • Identify, pitch, and close enterprise deals in targeted domains.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline across assigned geographies.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and present high-impact CX / AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Requirements :

  • 10–20 years of enterprise sales experience in IT / CX / BPO / Digital Solutions .
  • Proven success in new business acquisition across TTLH / Telecom / Healthcare .
  • Strong network and client relationships in respective regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • MBA preferred.
