• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, social media, and headhunting.
• Analyze job requirements and identify optimal sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple levels.
• Ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Maintain a consistent record of performance and achievements.
