Key Responsibilities :

- Source candidates through job portals, networking, social media, and headhunting.
- Analyze job requirements and identify optimal sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple levels.
- Ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Maintain a consistent record of performance and achievements.
Candidates Profile :
