About the Role :
The Resident Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of all residents while managing day-to-day operations efficiently. This role requires a balance of authority, empathy, and organizational skills to create a secure and positive living environment.
Role :
Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and monitor the duties of block supervisors, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the block supervisors’ team to consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Act as the principal liaison between block supervisors and the Hostel Head for smooth coordination.
Safety & Well-being
Ensure the security and health of all residents by implementing safety protocols and monitoring compliance.Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of safety concerns.Communication & Coordination
Maintain clear communication with residents and administration.Ensure effective coordination between various stakeholders for timely and efficient functioning.Operational Management
Oversee room allocation, maintenance, cleanliness, and record-keeping for smooth functioning.Maintain accurate resident records and ensure proper documentation.Community Building
Foster a positive environment by encouraging participation in hostel activities and promoting harmony.Assistance & Logistics
Assist with tasks such as arranging transportation, confirming travel plans, and taking messages.Qualifications & Requirements
Experience :
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Guest Relations Supervisor OR6+ years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a relevant / similar job profile in a 4-star or 5-star hotel .Experienced Air Hostess who has worked with reputed airlines will also be considered.Other Requirements :
Full-time, residential position (availability during emergencies required).Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays.Essential Experience :

Candidates with prior experience in defense services such as the Army, Navy, Air Force , or other disciplined uniformed services are highly desirable.
Candidates with experience as senior air hostesses, in hotel housekeeping / facility-management leadership roles, or in disciplined services (e.g., paramilitary, BSF, CISF) will be proven preference.
