Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales Representative role located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to promote and sell the company&aposs logistics services. The role involves making outbound calls, providing detailed product and service information, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the representative will be expected to achieve sales targets, prepare regular sales reports, and assist in planning sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Proven Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets
• Ability to provide Training to new team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the logistics or freight industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
