Job Description : Marketing Executive (Night Shift)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Night Shift) to join our team and contribute to

various marketing operations during the nighttime hours. This role will primarily focus on

customer support, TikTok affiliate management, shipping label creation, ad publishing, and

sales tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Support :

○ Respond to customer comments, emails, and DMs across various platforms

(TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, etc.).

○ Address customer queries with prompt and helpful responses to maintain high

customer satisfaction.

  • TikTok Affiliates :

    • ○ Monitor, manage, and engage with TikTok affiliates, ensuring they have all

    necessary materials and guidance to promote Aniwell products.

    ○ Track affiliate performance and ensure they follow agreed-upon guidelines for

    content creation.

  • TikTok Labels :

    • ○ Create and share TikTok shipping labels with the fulfillment team to ensure

    smooth order processing and timely shipping.

  • Ads Publishing :

    • ○ Assist with the creation, setup, and publishing of ads across TikTok, Shopify,

    and other platforms.

    ○ Collaborate with the team to schedule, optimize, and monitor ads for

    performance.

  • Hourly Sales Reports :

    • ○ Generate and maintain hourly sales reports from Shopify, Amazon, and

    TikTok.

    ○ Track performance data and report on key metrics like sales, CTR, and

    ROAS for various campaigns.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer support, social media management, or digital

    • marketing.

  • Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar

    • platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working during the night shift and managing tasks autonomously.
