Job Purpose :
To design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) processes within the organization, ensuring alignment of employee performance with business objectives. The role involves supporting performance appraisals, KPI setting, data analysis, and employee engagement to drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (goal setting, mid-year & annual appraisals, performance reviews).
- Support line managers in setting clear objectives and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for leadership review.
- Identify high-performing employees and support succession planning initiatives.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Partner with HR team on employee engagement and learning & development initiatives.
- Ensure PMS compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on the PMS framework.
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred) or Graduate with specialization in HR.25 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management Systems.Knowledge of HRMS tools and appraisal software.Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.Performance Expectations
