Role Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. The role will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, communication handling, and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain and update internal HR databases and trackers
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Draft and send emails, announcements, and notices to teams
- Assist in creating HR reports, performance summaries, and evaluation sheets
Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic Excel operationsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskEagerness to learn and contribute in a professional work environmentPerks & Benefits :
