Hiring for Content Strategist- Personal Branding

Location : Hybrid (Lalbaug, Mumbai)- 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Experience : 1–2 years

At On The Grow, we build social-first personal brands for influencers, founders, and creators who want to tell stories that actually stick. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can blend ideas, insight and storytelling to make every post feel intentional and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do :

Ideate and strategize content for influencer, creator, and founder-led accounts
Build personal-brand storytelling through organic ideas, scripts, and trend-based content
Develop creative directions for paid collaborations and campaign concepts
Research references, tones, and visual directions for shoots and scripts
Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to bring concepts to life
Track what’s trending and turn even the most ordinary topics into scroll-stoppers

What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or influencer marketing

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Deep understanding of social-media trends and formats

Creative, curious, and quick with ideas that feel fresh and relevant

Organised, reliable, and able to think both strategically and creatively
