Job title : Talent Acquisition (Ops Support)
Experience Required : Freshers
Location : Gurugram
Shift : 12 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST
Mode : Hybrid
About the Role :
You will play a critical role in supporting TA operations, pre-onboarding, and recruitment processes. If you love organizing, coordinating, and creating smooth candidate experiences, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for selected candidates
- Communicate with BGV vendors and maintain accurate BGV trackers
- Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding-related queries
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll) to ensure Day 1 readiness
- Maintain regular communication with potential hires to keep them engaged
- Share company information and respond to candidate queries
- Support efforts to reduce offer dropouts and improve candidate experience
- Assist recruiters with resume screening and interview scheduling
- Update ATS / HRMS systems and maintain recruitment trackers
- Help organize hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in drives
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and documentation logs
