Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Callers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their skills in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and customer engagement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.

Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
