KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Conduct regular market visits to support and train sales representatives and distributors.
Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand visibility initiatives.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and trade practices.
QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (4–7 years) in business development, territory sales, or a similar role in the Logistics & supply chain solution Org.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and negotiation tactics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic decisions.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
