Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Real Estate Investment Manager located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, lease administration, and managing lease agreements. The role will also involve managing real estate investments and commercial real estate activities, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Strong understanding of Leases and Real Estate
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications or professional designations (e.g., CPM, RPA) would be advantageous
