Deliver a high level of colleague support to all end users ensuring all queries in relation to meeting rooms / AV equipment are resolved professionally and efficiently.
Carry out first line support for all AV equipment.
Work closely with the onsite Desktop / Helpdesk team.
Work closely with 3rd parties to organize hardware replacements and configuration of meeting room equipment.
Perform daily checks of all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
Monitor, track and maintain equipment inventory.
Support and run onsite events.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco technology & Polycom technology.
Microsoft Teams.
IPTV.
Handheld, ceiling and table microphones.
Be organized and flexible and adapt to every situation.
Excellent customer service skills with previous experience of supporting executives.
Able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Experienced in setting up training and collaboration spaces.
