Salesforce Automation Specialist (No-Code / Low-Code)

Our client is looking for a skilled Salesforce Automation Specialist to drive strategic process automation using Salesforce Flows and no-code development. This role will directly support the client’s teams by improving operational workflows and delivering scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and optimize Salesforce Flows and automated processes tailored for client needs

Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and business challenges

Implement no-code and low-code Salesforce solutions aligned with the client’s objectives

Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems relevant to the client’s operations

Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to maintain peak performance

Provide user training and clear documentation for client teams

Requirements :

Experience as a Salesforce admin with strong focus on flow-based automation

Skilled in no-code and low-code Salesforce development tools

Understanding of API integration concepts and practical experience

Proven ability to work closely with client stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively

Track record of successfully deploying automation in business environments
