Job descriptionServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred. CSA, CIS (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM / SecOps), CAD certifications. Experience in Agile or SAFe frameworks. Knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4 and enterprise architecture principles.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development & architecture .
- Strong expertise in ITSM and at least two other modules : ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM .
- Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise-wide implementations.
- Strong understanding of CMDB , discovery, service mapping, and data governance.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation.
