Overview
Cindrebay is hiring a Senior Manager – Growth & Analytics to lead strategy and planning for our Business Development stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design dashboards, track business performance, and provide insights that guide admissions and marketing teams.
You will manage a small team (Sales Ops Manager + Data Analyst) while staying closely involved in execution -building systems, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies that improve lead generation, counsellor productivity, and regional performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and tracking systems for business performance.
- Partner with marketing and admissions to align lead generation and conversions.
- Analyze data to provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Design and implement growth strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a Sales Ops Manager and Data Analyst, ensuring timely reports and process improvements.
- Stay hands-on with Excel, CRM, and BI tools while driving strategy and planning.
Required Skills
6–9 years of experience in Growth, Analytics, or Sales Strategy, ideally in EdTech or B2C sales-led businesses.Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, macros), CRM systems, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead flow, and admissions processes.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.Benefits
