Responsibilities :

• Experience in Internal Audit / Process Audit concepts & methodology
• COSO Framework
• Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship
• Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
• Internal control concepts (e.G., Preventive Controls;
• Detective Controls;
• Anti-fraud Controls;

etc.)

Internal Audit focused on Technology, Media and / or Telecom sector, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, Pharma, Hospitality / hotel, Energy resource, Power, Mining, oil & gas, construction, infra, IT / ITES, healthcare
