About the Role :
Optus Housing is looking for a well-presented and confident
Front Desk Receptionist
to manage daily office reception activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle clients and visitors professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and professional.
Handle courier services, office supplies, and basic administrative tasks.
Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for day-to-day office support.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing front office operations efficiently.
Requirements : Graduate with
2–4 years of experience
in a front desk or administrative role.
Excellent communication (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, courteous, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
