Job description

We are seeking a highly driven Media Planner with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to join our dynamic team at SRV Media. The role demands strong analytical skills, campaign planning expertise, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver ROI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop integrated media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Recommend optimal channel mix, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Manage campaign performance against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to maximize performance.
  • Client Servicing & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely reporting.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable media plans.
  • Present campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Build long-term relationships by proactively suggesting innovations and solutions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting performance, insights, and action steps.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to track and measure ROI.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager) .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client servicing skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
