Performance Marketing Executive-E

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through paid advertising strategies. This role requires strong analytical and campaign management skills within the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
• Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copies and creatives
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
• Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
• Manage budgets, allocate spends efficiently, and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing
• Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
