Job Title : Influencer Marketer – D2C Brand

Location : Gurgaon (Onsite)

Overview :

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Influencer Marketer to join our team and drive authentic engagement for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. In this role, you will develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and drive sales. You’ll work cross-functionally with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Manage campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Content Collaboration :

  • Work closely with influencers and internal creative teams to co-create engaging, authentic content that showcases our products.
  • Oversee content approval processes to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other external partners.
  • Monitor influencer performance and provide regular feedback to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting :

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates).
  • Use data insights to optimize current campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Market & Trend Research :

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance our influencer marketing efforts.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a D2C brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current trends in influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of developing successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for authentic, on-brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social analytics platforms.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or managing influencer partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content creation and basic editing tools.
  • A passion for our brand’s mission and a strong understanding of D2C marketing dynamics.
