We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 6–8 years of strong experience across core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient HR processes, managing people operations end-to-end, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Role Overview
As an HR Generalist, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records, compensation, and documentation
Handle employee relations and support culture-building initiatives
Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
Coordinate learning and development programs
Support payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, etc.)
Work with Finance, IT, Legal on HR audits and compliance
Ensure adherence to statutory laws — PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, POSH, and other labor regulations
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS / ATS tools
