5+ Years Experience

Core Requirements (Must Have) :

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript along with exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js , etc.

Experience in writing performant, optimized, and maintainable code with proper unit testing.

Solid understanding of UI / UX design principles to deliver intuitive user interfaces.

Familiarity with DevOps practices , including CI / CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and automated deployments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to perform code reviews and follow development best practices.

Essential “Must-Have” Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

Strong Backend Scripting expertise within the ServiceNow platform (Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Server-side logic).
