• 5–10+ years of ServiceNow experience; 4+ years in SPM / PPM.
• Strong functional understanding of :
• PMO processes
• Project lifecycle management
• Agile & SAFe delivery
• Application Portfolio Management
• IT financial planning & budgeting
• Hands-on expertise with :
• Demand, Project, Resource, Agile, Financials
• APM (Capabilities, Tech Portfolios, Application Lifecycle)
• Roadmaps & OKRs
• Strong JavaScript & Glide development experience.
• Knowledge of integrations using REST / SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
