[01 / 10 / 2025] CAD Design Engineer

Skills / Experience :

• Strong understanding of VLSI design flows, PD CAD
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Tcl for automation and flow development.
• Familiarity of EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics etc.
• Understanding of latest advancements in VLDI design methodology and EDA tools
• Familiarity with basic flows for PD, STA, Synthesis etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Debug and resolve issues related to tool functionality, data management and design flows.
• Customize and optimize existing design flows to improve efficiency and performance.
• Integrate new tools and methodologies into the design flow to enhance productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audience.

Education Requirements :

Master’s degree in EE / CS along with 5+ years of experience in CAD / Methodology / EDA team of any reputed VLSI based company
