Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize growth campaigns across leading digital platforms (Google & Meta).

The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and skilled at scaling performance through creative testing, audience insights, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize growth campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and keyword research to refine targeting and reach.
  • Run A / B tests on creatives, copies, and audience groups to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as CTR, CPA, ROAS , and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for alignment on messaging and visuals.
  • Identify optimization and scaling opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and new tools .
  • Prepare and present performance reports and actionable insights to teams or clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing performance campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, funnel strategies.
  • Experience handling large-scale projects across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager , and conversion tracking .
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Team player with a passion for growth marketing.
