About the Role :

We’re looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Purchasing & Store executive for Dine in to oversee procurement and inventory operations. This is a key position that ensures the smooth flow of supplies from vendors to kitchen, bar, and service teams — with accuracy, accountability, and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily purchasing and inventory functions, including vendor negotiations, order tracking, and stock management.

Maintain accurate records using our software.

Coordinate deliveries and ensure quality checks of incoming goods.

Ensure cost efficiency and timely supply to all departments.

Financial integrity and transparency in all transactions.

Requisites :

3–4 years of experience in restaurant purchasing, stores, or supply chain management.

Strong communication skills; fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi

Proficiency with relevant software and digital systems.

High level of honesty and reliability in handling payments and vendor relationships.
