URSS Techservices Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized channel partner for Cummins India, specializing in diesel generators, spare parts, and after-sales service. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are expanding our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business to ensure reliable power solutions and long-term service excellence across Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote AMC services for DG sets and related power products.
- Identify and approach potential customers (industrial, commercial, and institutional clients).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing AMC customers to ensure renewals and referrals.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely AMC execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market surveys to analyze competitor pricing, service models, and customer expectations.
- Generate and follow up on AMC leads through digital campaigns, calls, and field visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
- Maintain detailed MIS reports of inquiries, conversions, and renewals.
Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate or Diploma in Marketing / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).1–4 years of experience in service marketing, industrial sales, or DG set industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and AMC promotion.Perks & Benefits :
