Job Summary

We are looking to hire a motivated and skilled Associate Full-Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. You will report directly to the CTO, making this role perfect for someone who is excited to make a real impact in a small, fast-paced startup. This is a role focused on hands-on coding, where you'll be responsible for everything related to our backend services—from writing clean, efficient server-side logic and managing databases to building APIs. While deployment experience is a plus, your main focus will be on building a solid and scalable application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, reusable PHP code and contribute to our modular, scalable backend architecture.
• Design and manage well-structured and efficient MySQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimisation.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for our mobile application.
• Collaborate with the founding team and, when needed, build basic front-end interfaces for internal tools and admin panels.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Establish and participate in code reviews to set a high standard for code quality.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
