Full Stack Developer

Job Description : 1. JOB PURPOSE

The primary aim of this assignment is to engage a full stack developer with expertise in cloud-native design to support the development and implementation of advanced digital solutions. This role is critical in enhancing the technological infrastructure and capabilities of the project, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with modern cloud computing standards.

In the broader context, this project is strategically important for driving digital transformation within the organization, enabling more efficient and effective service delivery. The full stack developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications that will support the Sovereign Operations Project.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

Key activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, developing front-end and back-end components, and ensuring the integration of various systems. S / He will also be tasked with optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection measures, and conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the developer will provide technical support and documentation, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements. S / He is expected to deliver robust, user-friendly, and efficient web solutions that align with ADB's standards and project goals.

Detailed Tasks / Expected Output

• Develop scalable and robust cloud-native solutions. Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices for cloud-native applications, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
• Develop front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies. Implement APIs and integrate with third-party services as required. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Set up and configure cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to automate deployment and scaling.
• Establish and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features and updates.
• Implement security best practices to protect data and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the application and infrastructure. Implement caching, load balancing, and other techniques to enhance performance and reliability.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides. Provide training and support to the development team and stakeholders.
