Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Certified Pilates Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for conducting Pilates classes, including mat and reformer sessions, both in group and one-on-one formats. The instructor will develop personalized programs, assist clients with posture correction, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of exercise routines. Additionally, the instructor will foster a supportive atmosphere, provide exceptional customer service, and help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise
• Knowledge in Physical Therapy and posture correction
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Teaching experience and the ability to adapt sessions to individual needs
• Certification in Pilates instruction and familiarity with reformer and mat exercises (Balanced Body, STOTT, YKBI)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clients
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
