About the Role
We are looking for a design-thinker with taste, someone who understands visual culture, brand identity, and how design influences perception. A designer who studies aesthetics, references, typography, layouts, and form, not trends for the sake of trends, but trends as a language of the internet. This role is for someone who can build visual direction , not simply execute instructions. Someone who enjoys shaping brand identity, exploring moodboards, experimenting with grids, and refining details until the visual feels right.
Responsibilities
- Create visual identity systems & brand aesthetics from idea to execution
- Design premium creatives for digital platforms with a brand-first approach
- Build moodboards, reference decks, and visual directions for campaigns
- Collaborate with strategy / copy to create meaningful design
- Maintain design consistency and visual storytelling across formats
Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of design experience (agency preferred)Understands modern, internet-led design language (Gen-Z + premium)Strong grasp of typography, composition, scale, rhythm, and hierarchyThinks beyond “pretty visuals”, designs with brand perception and intentionHas a deep eye for references, nuance, and detailPortfolio shows identity building, direction, and aesthetic judgmentTools / Skills
Illustrator + Photoshop proficient (baseline requirement)Figma familiarity is appreciatedMotion or micro-animation is a plusBonus if you experiment with 3D / texture / formWhat We Offer
