Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Voice Coach to enhance the verbal communication skills of customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will specialize in voice modulation, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and tone control to improve customer experience and brand representation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing agents.
Coach individuals on pronunciation, clarity, pace, tone, and modulation.
Identify speech and communication gaps through call audits and feedback.
Design and deliver customized voice coaching modules for different process needs.
Collaborate with training and quality teams to align voice coaching with business goals.
Monitor progress of coached employees and provide ongoing support.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on coaching effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices in voice and communication training.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

6months + of experience in voice coaching, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.

Strong expertise in accent neutralization, phonetics, and vocal techniques.

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and feedback skills.

Familiarity with call center tools and quality monitoring systems.
