Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate Intern to join our dynamic team. The role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, patient coordination, and process management. You'll play a key role in supporting both on-ground execution and office-based operations, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and partners. This internship offers the opportunity to learn end-to-end operations in a fast growing healthtech company — with a strong possibility of full-time employment based on performance. Key Responsibilities On-Ground Coordination : Assist patients and their attendants during hospital visits, admissions, and discharge processes. Liaise with partner hospitals, doctors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Support in logistics coordination such as airport pickups, accommodation, and local travel. Office-Based Operations : Work closely with the central operations and patient management teams to manage schedules, documents, and communication. Maintain accurate patient data, feedback, and documentation in internal systems. Assist in preparing reports, SOPs, and performance trackers. Quality & Experience : Ensure high standards of patient experience and adherence to MediGence protocols. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate with marketing, tech, and rehabilitation teams for execution of on-ground activities and patient stories. Support video testimonial and content capture as part of post-care engagement (where applicable). Who Should Apply We're looking for individuals who are : Passionate about healthcare, patient service, and operations. Excellent communicator (English and Hindi proficiency preferred). Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks on time. Comfortable with travel and on-ground interaction with patients and hospitals. Eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (completed or final-year student) in Healthcare, Management, Operations, or related field. Prior internship or exposure in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
