Role Description
This is a contract-based remote Human Resources role. The HR professional will manage day-to-day HR operations including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and administering employee benefits. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with organizational policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Experience in designing and executing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
Proficiency in Personnel Management practices and employee engagement strategies
Solid understanding of compliance standards and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote work setting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
